Administers scientific peer and merit reviews for biomedical, clinical health services, science, energy, defense, and environmental programs.

Emergency Management Laboratory
Provides emergency preparedness support services to assist government agencies and industry in response and recovery. Also offers exercise packages that prepare clients and the public for radiological, chemical, and biological events.
